Business Analyst Professional Development & Career Progression

Our goal is to develop well-rounded, highly effective professionals that are able to navigate and succeed in their career aspirations. Tuscany Strategy Consulting maintains a reputation for consistently delivering creative, insightful, detailed, and actionable recommendations to our clients.

To prepare college graduates for success in this environment, Tuscany’s intensive training and partner-led professional development efforts focused on growing your skills and experience to understand the mindset of senior executives. You will be formally reviewed twice a year with interim, informal feedback during and upon closing engagements. Our business analysts are also included in key conversations and work planning, both internal and external, which fast-tracks your problem-solving skills and business acumen. Successful Business Analysts are typically promoted to Associate within 1-2 years, from Associate to Consultant in 1-3 years, and Consultant to Associate Principal or Principal in 3-5 years. Importantly, when staff are ready to leave Tuscany, whether to seek advanced education, move into another industry, or pursue other goals, Partners play a supportive role providing guidance and networking support. While at Tuscany, you can expect to develop longstanding professional relationships.

Our distinctive approach to recruiting is designed to identify candidates that can thrive in our dynamic work environment.
