Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Priority application deadline is September 21st. Candidates who apply prior to this date will be reviewed ahead of other applicants.
- Stage 2
Online Assessment
Selected applicants will complete a 15–20 minute online assessment designed to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
- Stage 3
First Round Interview
First Round Interviews assess each candidate's unique fit with Tuscany, covering problem solving, solution framing, logic train, and personal growth objectives. We also aim to convey Tuscany's distinct culture, problem solving approach, and growth and career opportunities.
- Stage 4
Final Round Interview
Final round interviews include a multi-layered candidate-led case problem which asks candidates to frame a problem-solving approach, solve the problem, and frame and present a solution. Candidates also have an opportunity to ask firm partners about the Tuscany experience. The capstone of the interview is a candidate-led presentation followed by a round of feedback.
